For example, with the Launcher set to autohide, in the FTP client Filezilla I drag files from local machine to server to transfer them. Every time I do this, the launcher pops out. The cursor is nowhere near the launcher, and the dragging and dropping is all happening internally within the application's window, so the launcher should not appear and distract the user from their task in this way. This is annoying and distracting, and happens in other applications too.
