Using the latest Desktop live installer, the city detected for timezone
setup is "Rainy River" when in fact it's Montreal.

ISP is Acanac which is based in Ontario but provides services in the
Montreal area. I suppose I am getting IP information from Ontario, I'd
like to know if any other information I can provide from this ISP could
fix this problem.
