Ubuntu Software Center doesn't yet, but will, open a dialog containing
the terms of use for purchasing software.

Because they are inside a dialog, the terms should not contain the usual
header, footer, or outside padding for a Web page.

This could be achieved using an &format=plain URL parameter, or
something like that.
