Hello, It is no more a problem because the printer is out of order and I use a HP Color Laserjet MFP M477fdw now. And I also use Ubuntu 18.04 instead of 12.04. So You can close that ticket with no regret. But I think I will open another one because Gnome shell freezes when I click on the printer
