My bad I will fix that. I thought we use a global schema version as I do
in Karaf (or camel).
I also saw that scm should be updated to gitbox.
I'm fixing both.

That is step 11 of the release guide
You don't need to worry about the Javadoc or site plugin stuff until after
the vote passes ( step 9 and 10) They can be moved to after the vote

and activemq-osgi/src/main/resources/META-INF/spring.schemas files. As I
