I already have an improved docker image with karaf and ActiveMQ. We have a
discussion at Apache about where to put this.
For now it's on my local server. I don't think it should go directly in the
project.

The ActiveMQ Jira doesn't seem to be up to date. ActiveMQ 5.5.1 has been
released (mostly the same as ActiveMQ 5.5.0 but with a "license legal"
fix), however this version is still flagged as "unreleased".
Could you update it please ?
