I agree with quantifying the contributions. We could also take into
consideration the "quality" of the contributions as well. Are they making
significant contributions

code commit yet, but has been very helpful in error finding and building
out processes.

beneficial to the project: error testing, technical writing, programming,
feature building, etc.
