I think it would be better to call for LAZY CONSENSUS with `[LAZY CONSENSUS]` title - calling a vote is indeed not needed, but having a vote in a '[DISCUSS]` thread might be misleadin - one of the reason to have `[PREFIX]' is to make them aware that there is a vote or consensus going on, where they
