The vote delay is now over, with 6 binding +1, no 0 nor -1 the vote has passed, we now have the first official Ivy release!
I'll push the release to the dist directory and maven 2 repository and update the site. For the announcement I'll wait to check everything is available publicly, won't probably have time before tomorrow.
