Any23 PMC failed to submit the report for more than six months.
After checking the mailing list and GitHub repo, there have been no
development activities except the Github dependabot PRs in these three
months.
We will consider retiring this project if no one works on this project.

Hi,
I am here but have been busy doing other tasks right now.
The project has been very quiet for quite a while and this has been reported to
the Board in many previous reports.
I neglected to submit reports for two or three months but will attempt to
rectify that.
I also try to push releases
So far, we only have two PMC members' replies to the roll call.
It could be concerned about the project activity by the board.

job does not use Any23. It is always at the back of my mind however… I
would enjoy working on it again in the future when I have more free time.

I watch the project as and when I can, and will check the release
process for a VOTE.
