I think there are many other items we can add going forward, but I think
the three we have now: Announcements, Upcoming Meetups, and Tweets can be
merged independently.

The reason we have extra space is because we wanted to limit the number of
announcements on the front page :) However, yes, we can add blog entries there
in the future.

I have updated the pull request with suggestions to limit number of
announcements and add Twitter feed.
