Figuring out that "r12345 - [paths...]" actually refers to an "svn commit:"
doesn't seem like a hugh leap. We had this discussion right after ApacheCon.

This is sort of a two part question. I wanted to confirm the ability to use
APR under windows ce, but we need it as part using the JXTA-C version under
wince. Anyone been able to get JXTA-C working on a pocket pc under wince?

And footnote - after Justin's and others' efforts, we actually
incorporated a number of WinCE patches.
You can likely start with the win32 apr (libapr) win32 .dsp
project files, and migrate to that platform.
