Thanks Tim. Since we've been trying to get these import ranges right
in this release and clearly one got missed I'm going to re-roll the
blueprint.cm bundle and the Blueprint uber bundle.

I've checked through all the built jars, and have noticed two versioning
problems in manifests. The blueprint CM bundle doesn't follow our 0.x
versioning scheme and has things like Import-Package:
org.apache.aries.blueprint;version="[0.4,1)" in its manifest, which really
needs fixing. The blue
