name, probably related to castles, and due to my recent trip to london, I'm
thinking about name it after an english castle.

A interim workaround is to define the MAGIC_HOME environment valiable to point to a
different directory. This will eliminate the reference to ".magic".

The amount of CPU cycles "wasted" is neglible. Combined with the extra "safety"
against deadlocks, I intend to keep the current implementation.

I suggest that we wait for the Metro proposal and see how that pans out. It is likely
that Magic will either be renamed or that the .metro directory is used instead.

The change was made as it is fairly common naming convention with
*Test.java, as it has been recommended from the Junit camp.
Please clarify. I am unable to build from this tractor, so I can't check
myself.
