Fix For: 1.3.0
The environment variable JAVA_HOME should be set correctly by
/etc/profile.d/bigtop.sh
However, it was not set at all on Fedora/aarch64 and inconsistently on
Fedora/ppc64le
Result: Hadoop did not built on Fedora/aarch64.
