I am working on fixing Travis CI,
I have now found the "problem", and it seems a real problem about LICENSE
file.
On MaxOS and on Linux builds Travis used to use Maven 3.3.9.
Now Travis ships Maven 3.6.2 on Linux and the license checker started to
break because with 3.6.2 we are bundling now
