Assuming the vote passes find an officer or member to fill out the IP
Clearance paperwork
Submit that to the Incubator (VP Legal has delegated paperwork
tracking for code drops to the Incubator regardless of the project's
status)
Call for a lazy consensus vote on general@
Wait 72 hours and if there is no objection, declare victory and import
the code.
