Yep I get that failure as well running tests locally

I decided to log a warning if the scheduler was already started or a
different startDelayedSeconds was already applied. I think it's more user
friendly instead of throwing an exception...

And if the folks the tickets are being assigned to are too busy these days
or whatnot, I think they could also just unassign the ticket with a comment
saying "unassigning from myself, so feel free to take over this ticket to
start/continue the work on it".

Today I tried to build Camel 2.9.4-SNAPSHOT and it failed in the camel-cxf
component because
org.apache.cxf/cxf-rt-transports-common/2.5.5/cxf-rt-transports-common-2.5.5.pom
is empty [1].

Hi
The Camel JIRA has a many tickets which has been worked on and
committed etc. But their status has not been updated.
It makes it a bit harder to keep track whats left to be done etc.
Please take a moment to make sure you update your tickets. And make it
a habbit to update this more frequent.
