use the io.reactivex/rxjava/1.0.7 bundle which explicitly import sun.misc
package so it means this component can only run with Oracle/SUN JDK, can we

Camel Validator just unwrap the exception and if the location information is
not there, -1 should be used instead.
So I guess the issue could relate to the xerces, maybe you can consider to
upgrade JDK version or the xerces version if you don’t use the one from JDK.
