use RoutesBuilder interface in CamelTestSupport for more flexibility
There's nothing in CamelTestSupport that requires specific functionality of
the Java DSL RouteBuilder. Making it use the generic interface gives users
more freedom to build test routes in other ways.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/pimlottc/camel master
