Andrea did some preparations on spring-boot and karaf projects for
their 3.11 branches for the LTS docs.
And I just noticed that the antora playbook needed to upgrade from
3.10.x to 3.11.x branches.
I kicked a new build (hopefully this one works)

website, so this causes that problem.
The solution is to find a way to publish "just once" the 3.11.0
