PLC4X list and then start a vote as long as I don’t see any negative responses
to this thread here, right?

Hi Chris
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I assume its this code that you want to move to Apache Camel
https://github.com/apache/plc4x/tree/develop/plc4j/integrations/apache-camel
That seems very doable as it's a smaller component (camel code vice) and
it's up to date with the latest Camel release
Hello,
Moving the component to Camel is more than welcome.
We might help with the migration for sure.
Thanks for reaching out to us.

Thanks for that … I had tried with the full nats syntax and it didn’t like
that, but removing the “nats://” it seems I was able to connect.
Thanks for that :-)

Hi Christopher,
The camel documentation has this topic:
https://camel.apache.org/components/3.18.x/nats-component.html#_configuring_username_and_password_or_token
I've never tested though.

Hey,
You're welcome to open a PR.
Maybe it should be a good idea to have kamelets specialized for
authenticated nats.
Like we have for Kafka. I'll open an issue to track and ping you.
Thanks

Hi all,
I’m currently playing around with using Nats in combination with Camel and was
trying to configure it to communicate with one of our companies Nats servers.
Unfortunately, it seems that I can’t do this as the Nats component doesn’t seem
to support authentication.
Is there an alternativ
Hi all,
after a few chats at last week’s ApacheCon, I would like to start a discussion
on moving the Apache PLC4X Camel components into the Apache Camel project.
With these components, we are able to read data from industrial programmable
logic controllers or other hardware and stream that into
+1 for that
I think we have a bunch of Kafka-related fixes that would be good to have
on .3. Thanks
Kind regards
