I will be able to cut the release this Sunday. If this blocks us in any
way, I can take the RC off of any specific commit on Sunday so everyone can

Yes, I am available to cut the RC for GA this weekend. We can briefly
sync up on Friday whether to take the release off of the head of the
master branch or a particular commit.
