Hi
I think we can build and release 3.21.5 this month as the last release for
3.21.x, leaving 3.22.x as still active supported until end of this year. By
end of 2024 then all of 3.x is not longer maintained.

Are the 3.21.x branches ready to cut the release candidate already, or
