The Patch is already commited and merged to the trunk before the wiki
modification,
but i didn't know if the patch will be included also in 2.10.x or not, this
is the reason why i didn't include the target version in the wiki.

i just edited the wiki page related to S3 component to add two headers for
S3Producer related to s3 acl.
i didn't specify the camel version that will support them because i don't
know which one will do.

i just created a jira issue CAMEL-5781 and submitted a patch.
there is no unit test, because i found no test for s3producer in the project
and with the current implementation it is not possible to do unit testing
(we have to inject a fake AmazonS3Client implementation and run the test
against this)
It sounds good, normally we can pass the ACL through the header or set the
default value through the endpoint configuration.
Please fill a JIRA and submit a patch to it, so we can keep it traced.
