Thanks Justin for checking the release. It’s "our bad" as PMC members: we
should check this and be more careful about that.
I will do a pass as well, and I will ping Andrea and Zoran to see if help is
needed.
It makes sense to cut a new releases for LTS at least.

yeah, good catch, I did that just now.
As for the two binary files Justin mentioned in the camel-logback test
suite, I've consulted legal[1], so let's see what their position on
this is.
