Just so you know, I'll probably be reopening CAY-1376. I checked the
source and it looks like all of the calls to getTableAlias() are
fixed, yet I'm still seeing the wrong alias used on a column.

Ok, all recent EJBQL bugs are closed. I suggest that we go ahead with
RC2 now, and after that investigate CAY-1378 and CAY-1379. Olga was
going to run tests against various DBs, and if those are successful, I
will prepare the release either tonight or on the weekend.
