Another cool feature would be on the query panel (where you can store
user defined queries in the map.xml).
I imagine a new tab after "general", "orderings" and "prefetches"
called "test query".

Thanks for the feedback.
I was going to eventually add the standard Eclipse-esque "star"
top-right to indicate add.
It turns out that grey won't be too good with grey toolbars and Eclipse
tends to "grey out" actions which are not applicable so I have re-done
those;
