Re: Latest Qemu KVM EV appears to be broken with ACS

Hi Jfn, we have to follow the merging guidelines which require that we've two LGTMs/approvals from the reviewers and smoketests pass: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/3278 I think we're just waiting for the reviewers. This will then also require a new systemvmtemplate when we do work
