You're on a unsupported distro, I thought you were on Ubuntu. Debian is not a supported distro, however you can test/explore by manually installing cpu-checker from Ubuntu repos. You can refer to compatibility matrix for supported KVM distros: http://docs.cloudstack.apache.org/en/latest/releaseno
