+1 Sounds good to me. I would propose someone organizing the hackathon by raising the topics and adding at a Kanban during the Hackathon, then we can split into teams if there are too many tasks/attendees. The Kanban would be similar to what was done in the ApacheCon Montréal 2018 Hackathon [1,2].
