Hi Hugo/Daan,

        Would you please cherry pick the following two bug fixes from 
4.4-forward
to 4.4 branch?

1. CLOUDSTACK-6535: IAM:MS:API createVMSnapshot doesn't preserve access
rights.

Commit: f0edfc7ac5a8c3c22cea3e90a2a77835967234a2

2. CLOUDSTACK-6556: [Automation] Deploy VM failing with error "does not
have permission to access resource Ntwk".

This includes two commits:
