**Describe the bug**
Even when logged in as read-only admin (with allowed only list* actions in
the role), you're stil able to enable/disable a Kubernetes ISO.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login as read-only admin user (admin role with only list* actions
allowed).
2. Go to Images > Kubernetes ISOs and click on some ISO. Click the 'Update'
icon and change the enable/disable state.
**Expected behavior**
Read-only admin should not be allowed to change the ISO state.
