In the mean while work has been done on CentOS 7 (systemd) so that is not
relevant any more. There also is another open issue that needs to address
CentOS 7

@bhaisaab For CentOS 7 we have we cloud-management.service and
cloud-management.config files. I don't see any other .rc file for
cloud-management service.

@sudhansu7 I think in the mean while this problem fixed itself: @wido
contributed systemd profiles so it's not needed any more to fix the CentOS 7
sysv scripts.
