[PROPOSAL] Remove the word active from project members on website

Hi all, We now have a script to populate the project members list ( http://cloudstack.apache.org/who.html) on the website based on Apache Project Directory. This makes it a lot easier to keep the list up to date. The problem is that members manually moved to the emeritus will be added to the list
