Ok, So i've never had answer on: does 4.4 require systemvm template
upgrade?
The current RN does not consider upgrading sysvm. So I will need to update
RN when confirmed.

It would mean someone running 4.3 wouldn't need to update is systemvm then?

I just test an upgraded installation from 4.3, download the new systemvm
template and name it systemvm-xenserver-4.4. The column "Required Upgrade"
in the console for VR remain to "No". So I guest no new system-vm template
is required since 4.3...
