There is the setup guide in the CloudStack documentation

. It is a bit outdated and I will try to improve it. It doesn't list the new
layer 3 features present

I still need to update the nvp plugin guide. It's a bit outdated and the new
features are not in there yet.
Also the admin guide makes no mention of SDN support at all.
Guess I have some work to do there as well. I'll get to it ASAP.
