Hi: I noted the lastest Xalan version 2.5.2 still uses (inside package) the regexp 1.2. I thought updating to regexp 1.3 Xalan can solve some of the bugs there are in the current version and plus some hidden errors. Of course this affect Cocoon too. I know here are people that are Xalan committer
