I think project names are ASF property (like a trademark). Without
clarification from the board or legal, the vote seems premature.

Hello,
I am no native english speaker, but it seems to me that
commons-imaging would suggest image analysis tools, while (as far as I
know) sanselan is devoted to IO. In which case, maybe commons-imageio
would be better suited?

Hi All,
I am new to this mailing list and the development of the apache commons, but I
have just been going through the code of Math package, and couldn't find any
code that would be meant to do primality test. Could you tell me if there is
anyone else working on this right now or maybe there
Hi,
I highly appreciated the last contributions (thanks guys!) but I also
agree on this point, so let's start from the end.
I think that, no matter what underlying structure we come up with, the
user should be able to specify e.g. a weighted edge with something like

Hi James,
welcome in [graph] :)
DirectGraph is a DataStructure, Dijkstra is an algorithm and would be
better in therms of design keeping algorithms implementation separated
from DS.
Moreover, DirectGraph is an interface - users can provide their own

Hi,
Just thought I'd throw something out here. My experience is that I often
take the same graph (as in the exact same data, same objects) but at
different times want to use different weights. So, rather than having Edge
extend WeightedW, I'd factor weights out into their own interface:

The obvious fix here is to synchronize all methods that read or
write instanceMap. That would include getObjectInstance, which
makes me worry a little about performance impacts. I am not a JNDI
expert and I get dizzy when I try to trace how tomcat actually
creates and manages datasource

Hi Phil,
Many thanks for the quick reply, and if there is no one else currently working
on this, I will be more than happy to get to know the convention used in the
Math package and add some number theory to the package.
Thanks,

I'd be interested in reviewing any number theory additions to [math]. It
seems that the project has grown enough that it can branch out into number
theory as well.
