The bottom line in all of this is that no Xerces version seem to
handle UTF-32 even though I see a UCSReader class in there.

The Commons e-mail website had been deployed from trunk, which meant
that it was advertising version 1.3.
I rebuilt the site from the 1.2 tag and redeployed; hopefully that has
sorted out all the missing links and failing downloads.
+1 and by all means acknowledge the library - it might inspire further useful
ports.

Stunned (and impressed) that there are users :) Haven't touched that in ages.
Would love to see Commons replace it. I'm slowly getting time again
for Apache, so would be happy to be involved. It's the major
genjava/osjava component that hasn't already been gutted and sent to
