Building the site with Oracle Java 7 default settings gave me a PermSpace
error so I switched to Java Oracle 8.

Looking at https://git.apache.org/, looks like commons-fileupload has been
migrated to Git.
Any objection to removing the @version tags from the code now? I believe these
were used to show the last SVN commit, if my memory serves me well, and are not
supported in Git. So should be OK t
