Sorry for not spotting this before, Don't worry Gary, I think this is my fault that failed the build back since Jenkins build job 14.. if the jacoco-maven-plugin is not activated the ${argLine} property is not set - but we need to pass that along to the forked surefire tests which adds -Xmx49M.
