Hey,
Booth goes up the 25th (or I might set it up the evening of the 24th, will
talk to GOTO about that).
It's a pretty normal booth afaik, we're just gonna hang out and tell folks
about the ASF.
I've got the banners and flyers.

Hi Daniel
I have an update. We can sort out ordering the table cloth with the Apache logo
and need an address to ship it to. I think it might be a bit late to get it
ready for GOTO Chicago - so should we look at shipping it directly to you? If
so then please contact me offline.
Thanks

Brilliant - great to hear. Thank you so much, Sharon! We have plenty of time to
replenish any items before OSCon.
Total side note, I may be at Open Source Summit in Vancouver (CFP hasn't closed
yet) come August. If I am, and the organizers are amenable to the idea, I'd
also be willing to organi
Hi Daniel
Yes, a couple of roller banners have been ordered (a feather one and a list of
project logos one) and delivered to Trevor. He also received some Apache flyers
and Apache stickers. We can do quick stock check for stickers and flyers to see

Hi, Sharan
Have you had any luck with the idea of getting roller banners made up? I
think after Trevor is done with them, I'd like to use them for OSCon in
Portland mid July. Same for any booth tablecloth/banner type things (and maybe
the awesome backdrop we have of our many project logos?).

As for "anyone listening in Chicago" - are you aware of this:

That's how I found Brian Fitzpatrick and Willia
Same here, if needed.
Thinking out loud, with Trevor being local to Chicago and knowing that at least
two active members of our community (Bill Roewe and Bob Paulin) are also based
there, he is probably the better fit for ease of transfer alone. Plus...

I'm happy to watch over the banner if needed.

Hi All
Just following up on this. The stickers have been sent to Trevor but we still
haven't had any response on banners.
I'm investigating the option of getting some roller banners printed for the
event. If we do get some done, then we'll need someone to look after them for
this and any other

I tried to add myself as a backup volunteer and realized I don't have an
account. After creating an account, I cannot edit the page. How does one
get Karma to the comdev wiki? Is this open to PMC only? My account is
the usual 'druggeri' account name.

Updated with everything I know at this time.

+1! Thanks for the initiative!
I'm in St. Louis and would be willing to absorb the T&E to join for booth duty
if you have any issues finding folks to cover.

So I've been talking to GOTO for the last couple of weeks- we will be able

in Chicago I co-organize, GOTO is going to co-sponsor some meetups leading
up, etc, etc).
Would like to maybe start a wiki page on
