for those working on plugman/cli:
the code migration for blackberry's implementation of bb-cordova has begun.
The plan is to merge their new implementation into
apache/blackberry-cordova and apache/cordova-js as soon as possible.
The blackberry team also has contributions to plugman and the cli.
Done! I've committed it so that when we pull things in they should go
to the right place. I'm hoping we can avoid pull-request breakage
this way, but who knows.
