responsible for supervising the mobile-related work in W3C, serve as the

Do you mean the git tags?
All of the repositories are tagged with the version number of the release.
So, "3.4.0" is the tag.

methods in-place.

Part of the point of including the details in the vote is to document
them for the archives.

Thanks Steve, the problem was my use of "git show-ref 3.4.0" which is
specifically looking for that tag. I forgot about the cad+sem versioning
of cli (woops).
I am doing this now :/

Is it possible to modify/delete a git tag?
If so, then the git hashes ought to be provided, as accidents can happen.
The mail archives should contain an immutable reference to the exact
code in the repo that was used to build the release.

I found the cause of these issues
* release builds don't get the version number from config.xml
* release builds don't get use the launch icon from config.xml
3.3.1-0.2.1 preferred www/config.xml over config.xml
3.3.1-0.4.2 preferred config.xml over www/config.xml
ensuring there was only www/con
I have a project that uses PhoneGap build for iOS and Android, and uses
Cordova to build for BlackBerry 10.
The icons are specified in config.xml
When the bar file is built, the Entry-Point-Icon Manifest entry is incorrect

The File plugin adds:

Likewise, for the file-system-roots plugin, it'd be nice if the permission
was added only when the "sdcard" root is in the preferences.
