e2e tests were failing because of the new cordova-android@6.2.0 release. We
rolled back the `latest` tag to cordova-android@6.1.2 and re-tested locally,
e2e tests pass now. I am re-running the

Looks like the AppVeyor failure is node 6 only, which is suspicious and
probably a hiccup:
