Does anyone have any reason to delay cordova-js tool release?
Any outstanding patches to land?
I believe everything planned for the next major had been merged,
and would like to continue stage 2 of the Cordova 9 release process[1].
If not, I will start the release tomorrow.

The versions to be released are
Nightly build #944 for cordova has succeeded!
The latest nightly has been published and you can try it out with 'npm i -g
cordova@nightly'

Not sure if we missed some step on latest cordova-android releases, or
if somebody else is publishing after releases, but 7.1.3 and 7.1.4 are
not available on maven.
