Jenkins for Apache Cordova
Since Cordova is an Apache project, I don't think we can apply to tidelift,
we should ask first.
For individuals there are the mentioned github sponsors, patreon, searching
a company willing to pay a person to work on the project, and probably more
that I'm not aware of.
