Shouldn't the `SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_FULLSCREEN` flag be based on the
`SplashHideStatusBar` preference instead of `SplashHideNavigationBar`?
Like this on line 267:
`(isHideNavigationBar() ? View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION : 0) |
(isHideStatusBar() ? View.SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_FULLSCREEN : 0));`
