How about I do a mass 3.0.0rc1 tag on them and then for 3.0.0 tag we make sure to get the fully working file file transfer. I want to update all of the readmes for the plugins pointing to the coreplugininstall guide still (once we figure out what directory to host it and the link for it). -Steve
